EarthTime is a simple and reliable application that will let you know the local time and date of any place in the world. It can display the local time and date for more than 100.000 cities from all around the world and from any time zone. It not only comes with a built-in database of thousands of cities, but also lets you add your own custom locations.
When it comes to customization, the possibilities offered by this tool are truly wide. You can select cities and locations to have their times displayed, and you can even set alarms for each place in the world. The alarms will be triggered according to the selected time zone and not according to your local time, and this is one of my favourite things about this handy tool, as it helps you in many situations. For example, it helps when you have to make a call abroad and you don't want to annoy a person by phoning him/her at an unsuitable hour.
The interface is not only intuitive and easy-to-use, but also very handy and rich with useful data. It displays the world map with cloud layers based on satellite cloud data and with daylight / nightlight views. Moreover, since it’s so easy-to-use, EarthTime is suitable even for complete beginners.
